How to place an order

To place an order with us, select the items you want, the quantity and any kind of variation when available.

When looking at your cart, in the section "Add details: Date and time for your order " add all the details about WHEN you want to have you order.

It is important to understand that any item you will order will be fresh!

We DO NOT use prepared food. This to give you the best experience and value for your money.
When you place an order, we will pick the most fresh items to fulfill it. We will prepare any item at the right time to let you have it FRESH.

But this has a cost in time.
Any order you place will require some time for us to do all the preparation steps correctly and at the right time.

Given that we only accept orders placed for the next 36 hours minimum (place between 8 AM and 4 PM, later will be considered the day after). 

We are sure you fully understand the reason of this, and that you agree with us that our quality and your satisfaction are the most important factors.

Important Note:

Orders can be refund only if cancel in the next two hours from the order submission.

CucinaItaliana is not responsible for any issue cause by allergies or any other form of food intolerance that may be cause by the food provide in the order.

If you have any food intolerance, you must specify it clearly in the "Special request about your order" section.
